Life can be stressful, overwhelming, and sometimes feel impossible to navigate. It can feel like you are just barely keeping your head above water. Many of us want to make changes but don’t know where to start. I am passionate about helping my clients, including LGBTQ individuals, overcome obstacles and the negative stories in their lives that often leave them feeling stuck, helpless, or disconnected.
Individual therapy is a safe and supportive space to make peace with your past and bring light back into your life, even in areas you may have accepted as “out of reach.” Together, we will examine your life experiences, identify negative patterns, and uncover areas where you feel stuck or disconnected. I will help you reconnect with and trust the instincts and emotions that arise when facing decisions, conflicts, or triggers. Ultimately, you will create a new story that supports your authentic self and empowers you to move forward.
