Guidance for couples seeking deeper understanding, healing, and lasting change.
On the brink? Please consider couples counseling, even if you feel it may be too late to save your relationship. I specialize in helping couples in crisis or contemplating permanent separation. Many clients enter therapy already feeling like they have taken the initial step of ending the relationship.
Extensive training in Couples and Family Therapy at Denver Family Institute, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Sex Therapy guides my work in helping couples achieve deep healing and connection. I also offer Sex Therapy and LGBTQ-affirming support for partnerships with more specific needs, including challenges related to trauma, past abuse, or identity.
Relationships can be joyous and life-giving, but they can also be challenging, often leading to feelings of disconnection and emotional distress. Most of us have never been taught to communicate effectively, engage vulnerably, or connect authentically.
In relationships, conversations can escalate into fights, and patterns of negativity can take hold. Anger, frustration, hurt, and sadness may grow so large that it feels like there is no way back, leaving both partners feeling helpless or hopeless.
Couples therapy can feel daunting. Often, one partner may hesitate to show all their “stuff” to the other. I provide a safe, compassionate space where both voices are heard and a common ground of love can be found. Together, we will:
| Sex & Intimacy Issues | Communication Issues | Family Conflict |
| Marital Crisis | Separation & Divorce | Premarital Counseling |
| Persistent Disconnection | Parenting Challenges | Dating & Relationships |
| Affairs & Infidelity | Destructive or Unfulfilling Patterns | Open Relationships & Polyamory |
| Trust Issues | Anger Management | Mismatched Desire |
