Couples therapy can feel daunting. Often, one partner may hesitate to show all their “stuff” to the other. I provide a safe, compassionate space where both voices are heard and a common ground of love can be found. Together, we will:

- Explore how past relationships influence your current one
- Practice new ways to manage anger, anxiety, hurt, and sadness
- Create a space where both partners feel seen and heard
- Foster deep and lasting healing and connection
All couples therapy sessions are available in-person and via secure telehealth for your convenience and comfort. My approach is trauma-informed and LGBTQ-affirming, providing a safe space for all couples, including those navigating unique identities, non-traditional relationship structures, or the impact of past trauma.
