Welcome!  I am so pleased that you are considering working with me as you pursue MFT or LPC licensure in the State of Colorado or AASECT certification!  Aside from meeting with clients in my private practice, I am passionate about teaching, mentoring and supervising new therapists!  

My style is direct, creative and compassionate and I strive to provide an inclusive, affirmative and safe environment.  Working at your pace, we will explore past and present experiences that define you as a therapist and gather information about your strengths, resiliency, and challenges. I love supporting my mentees as they create personally meaningful and fulfilling professional lives through increased self-awareness, acceptance, connection, and valued action, balanced with practicing AAMFT core competencies, logic, theory, legal, ethics.  

My supervision is informed by Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory and Person of the Therapist Models.  I also draw from my training in Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR and Systems Thinking.  I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and am currently working towards my certification as a AASECT Supervisor.   Supervision can be either virtually or in person.
